Ghee Mysore pak recipe


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups ghee
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup bengal gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp cardomom powder

How to prepare?

  • Take a pan and heat half of the ghee.
  • Take another pan and put the sugar then mix with water.
  • When sugar dissolves add gram flour little by little mix well on low flame.
  • Make a smooth paste.
  • Add ghee little by little and stir continuously.
  • Sprinkle the cardamom powder over the mixture and pour in a ghee coated square plate.
  • With a sharp knife cut into squares when firm.
