Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups ghee
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup bengal gram flour
- 1/2 tsp cardomom powder
How to prepare?
- Take a pan and heat half of the ghee.
- Take another pan and put the sugar then mix with water.
- When sugar dissolves add gram flour little by little mix well on low flame.
- Make a smooth paste.
- Add ghee little by little and stir continuously.
- Sprinkle the cardamom powder over the mixture and pour in a ghee coated square plate.
- With a sharp knife cut into squares when firm.
