- 2 Cups Rice flour
- 1tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1tsp Salt
- Oil to fry
- Add Rice flour, Cumin seeds, chilli powder, butter and salt and mix it well. Add little water to make nice dough.
- Dough should not be very soft. Keep it aside for 30 minutes covered.
- Now make the dough into little small sized balls and put them in a plate, let it dry for a moment.
- Heat oil in a wide vessel for deep frying. Deep fry the dough balls in hot oil until they are golden brown in color.
