INGRDIENTS:
- 1 cup sweet Corn kernels
- 11/2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Few Cashewnuts / Badam
PREPARATION METHOD
- First grind the corn kernels and keep aside.
- Heat a pan and add 1 tsp ghee.
- Add cashew nuts and badam, fry until golden brown and set aside.
- In the same pan add 2 tsp ghee and corn paste. Saute for 3 minutes.
- Then add milk,sugar and cardamom powder.
- Mix well and fry till ghee separated from the sides of pan.
- Now remove from heat and garnish with cashews and badam.
- Sweet corn halwa is ready and serve hot.
