Sweet Corn Halwa Recipe


INGRDIENTS:

  • 1 cup sweet Corn kernels
  • 11/2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Few Cashewnuts / Badam

PREPARATION METHOD

  • First grind the corn kernels and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan and add 1 tsp ghee.
  • Add cashew nuts and badam, fry until golden brown and set aside.
  • In the same pan add 2 tsp ghee and corn paste. Saute for 3 minutes.
  • Then add milk,sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Mix well and fry till ghee separated from the sides of pan.
  • Now remove from heat and garnish with cashews and badam.
  • Sweet corn halwa is ready and serve hot.
