Mango shake recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Mango
  • 2 cups cold Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

METHOD:

  1. Wash the mango and peel off the skin with a knife.
  2. After peeling the skin, cut the mango into small pieces.
  3. Then put them in a mixer/blender and blend till smooth
  4. Add cold milk, sugar.
  5. Check the sweetness and if needed add extra sugar.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve them immediately.

NOTE:

  • Make sure the milk is cold. If milk is hot or even warm, there are chances of curdling.
