INGREDIENTS:
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- 1 Raw Mango,chopped into small pieces
- 5 to 6 Dry red chillies
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp chanadal
- Few currry leaves
- Oil for frying
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Dry roast the red chilies, mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds and asafoetida for about a minute and powder them in a blender.
- Then mix the Chopped Mango pieces with the powder and add turmeric powder,salt. Mix well.
- Prepare for seasoning by adding oil into a small tadka bowl.
- Then add mustards seeds. After they splutter,add chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves.
- Add the seasoning to the chutney and mix well.
- Mango chutney is ready to serve.
